What You’ll Do
  • Lead and drive process optimization within the supply team
  • Liaise between team members and managers in daily operations
  • Provide support in implementing supply chain strategic objectives
  • Work on projects supporting future supply activities
  • Maintain the KPIs
  • Provide support for the manager
  • Develop excellent working relationships, networking and communications with supply chain teams and internal stakeholders
  • Arrange logistics schedules with internal teams and customers and steer logistics capacity
  • Ensure operational excellence in your team
  • Offer solutions in case of deviations from the supply or logistics plan
  • Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
Who You Are
  • You have an academic degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • You have logistics experience in planning land and sea transportation
  • You have experience in leading teams
  • You communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • You like working in international teams
  • You have a proactive way of working and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have a strong ability to work under pressure
  • You have a good knowledge of OTM, SAP and other logistic-relevant systems
  • You are fluent in English and German; other languages are an asset
