As Team Lead Sales (m/f/d*)you will lead your responsible market compromising expansion and sales by building PlusDental’s presence in the Netherlands. Ultimately, the success of the territory rests on your shoulders and is determined by your ability to execute and effectively lead a team of 3 people (growth plans to 6 direct reports within the next months) that is hyper-focused on delivering an excellent performance. The role is based in Berlin.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for the establishment and strategic development of our Netherlands Sales Team (personnel selection, induction of new employees, employee development)
- Make sure that our customers feel well-advised throughout the entire sales journey
- Define ambitious goals and take all necessary measures to achieve them together with your employees
- Train and motivate your team and pass on your knowledge by creating and managing analyses, reports and Sales projects
- Be actively involved in the optimization of existing sales processes and provide active support in the implementation of new software/tools to increase conversion rates
What you should bring:
- Relevant experience in the field of B2C sales and team management experience
- You have proven yourself in escalation management and have already coordinated interdepartmental coordination processes
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic sales approach
- The ability to motivate a sales team to top performance
- A structured, proactive working style and a strong technical affinity
- Ability to multitask in a rapidly developing and changing sales setup
- The ability to identify problems independently, to develop solutions and to implement them
- Excellent English and Dutch skills
