Join us as

Team Lead Influencer Marketing - Southern European Regions(f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• You lead a team of 4-6 highly motivated and creative social media master minds
• Together with the other regions’ team leads, you co-own the overall European influencer marketing strategy
• You drive the integration of influencer marketing in the different country marketing mixes of Souther Europe, while collaborating closely with our Central Marketing Team and the other regions (Central and Northern)
• You drive the development of the content and communication strategy throughout different market stages, considering their maturity level
• Together with your team, you are responsible for strengthening the brand awareness and brand positioning in all countries of your region, surfing and pioneering industry trends
• You own the budget of the different Southern European countries - both, in growing and maturing markets
• You make Influencer Marketing a global scaleable channel, and define and integrate processes accordingly

That’s you

• You have successfully studied Social Media Management, Business Administration with focus on Marketing or related fields
• You bring a min. of 2-3 years experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media Management
• You possess a strong methodical and strategic skill set and knowledge
• You have already led and guided a team before
• You are a creative head that is able to generate engaging and relevant content with the team and the influencers
• You possess a 360-degree understanding of the online marketing mix and how channels correlate with each other
• You have a strong and analytical mindset
• Fluency in English and French is a must (written/ spoken), Italian is a plus
