Your responsibilities

Our Vision Toolbox team is responsible for developing the toolbox with essential technical components for cameras deployed by our customers. Your tasks as a System Developer (m/f/d) will be as follows:
  • You will evaluate new products relating to camera technology and set up standardized and, if necessary, automated test procedures.
  • You will investigate and assess new technologies.
  • You will be responsible for implementing technical development projects for camera-related products.
  • You will act as a technical specialist and first point of contact within the Development team for technical questions from Customer Service and Product Management.

Your profile

  • You will have a degree in a technical or scientific field such as Physics, Optics, or Electrical Engineering (or comparable training) and will ideally already have some professional experience in the context of optical systems.
  • A good understanding of optical technologies, digital image processing systems, network technology, and/or digital information technology is essential.
  • We are looking to attract candidates who enjoy automating test evaluations and have experience in python and/or C++.
  • You will also have some professional experience in the implementation of technical development projects.
  • Alongside an ability to think and act in an analytical and logical manner, you will possess very good planning and organizational skills.
  • You should enjoy collaborating with others as part of internal and external interfaces.
  • Your credentials will include a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to justify your technical input.
  • You will also have to be enthusiastic about innovation and new topics.
  • Finally, a very good command of German and English is essential.
