Your Role

  • Conception, implementation and operation of backend systems and internal tools
  • Close collaboration with product-, design- and other engineering teams
  • Communication and investigation with our Customer Support and QA Teams
  • Frequent review and optimization of our software development process and workflows

A few things you should bring

  • At least 4-5 years of professional software development with Java or Kotlin and its backend ecosystem
  • Experience in software testing and provisioning (CI/CD)
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases
  • Good knowledge of software management tools and processes (e.g., GIT, Jira)
  • Knowledge of operating Cloud Infrastructure and provisioning resilient, highly available systems
  • Knowledge of working with Docker and Kubernetes
  • A strong interest in working and developing in a cross-functional, distributed, and agile team
  • A self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working, with excellent communication and team skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

It would be a plus if you have

  • Experience with leading development teams of 3+ members
  • Experience with software development and build tools
  • Experience with MongoDB
