The role

As a Supply Chain Optimization Analyst, you will be joining an international, cross-functional team who are revolutionizing the way we manage our supply chain processes, from menu planning to logistics. As part of your responsibilities, you will play a key role in improving and expanding our menu planning capabilities. Your work will have an immediate impact on our customer satisfaction and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform data-driven menu planning for all HF markets via our new optimization engines and sit in the driver seat of impact
• Own your projects, implement your vision to our tools and processes
• Manage the roadmap and the capacities of team members
• Develop data pipelines and create scalable dashboards to provide actionable insights and showcase the above average business impact of your projects
• Identify problems proactively, formulate and implement robust and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders as well as coordinate with engineering and other data teams
• Improve our inhouse-systems with your technical expertise
• Champion the team’s enthusiasm for data-drivenness and ensure company-wide commitment to optimization paradigms
  

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent Master degree from a top-tier university in Statistics/Mathematics/Industrial Engineering or another STEM field (focus on mathematical optimization is a big plus)
• 1+ year industrial experience as a data/business analyst or other analytical role in a fast-paced environment
• Must be familiar with operations research concepts (experience with tools like Cplex, Gurobi or similar is a big plus)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Must be highly proactive, autonomous, possess advanced problem-solving ability, critical and strategic thinking
• Highly effective and excellent project management skills; the ability to participate and lead multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
