  • Coordination of our supply chain processes to assigned OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in line with customer requirements and Goodyear’s process guidelines and strategy * First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding customer demands, product availability, delivery flow and supply chain related complaints * Supervision of order processing and planning for the logistical supply of the European original equipment customers (car manufacturers) * Ensuring the availability of our products to the OEM customer * Inventory management of GY warehouses and warehouses at OEM customer locations * Controlling of relevant customer KPIs and their reporting (such as the supplier ratings of the OEMs, delivery performance, forecast accuracy, etc.) * Identification of delivery bottlenecks and initiation of meaningful countermeasures in close alignment with Supply Chain Production Planning to secure full-time availability * Participation in the monthly forecasting process for the individual OEMs in close alignment with the Key Account Managers, Sales Operations and EMEA Demand Planning Team * Representative of the EMEA Supply Chain OE during OEM customer visits * Collaboration in the conceptual design and further development of methods and process standards in the supply chain OE EMEA
  • Successful completed business apprenticeship with relevant working experience, preferably a university degree in economics with a focus on supply chain management / logistics * Structured and solution-oriented approach with an analytical understanding * Ability to recognize problems at an early stage and to find solutions proactively * Firm appearance on various hierarchy levels and professional communication with the customer * Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, and with SAP * Very good written and oral communication skills in German, English and French * Willingness to occasionally go on business trips, if required also for more than one day
