(Sr.) Brand & Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) - Focus Special Projects

Your responsibilities

• Your main task will be the end-to-end ownership (e.g. seasonal products, market entry and portfolio analysis)
• You drive and own from end-to-end, execute and collaborate in complex, highly collaborative and cross-functional projects related to our consumer product throughout different departments to make your market a success.
• You own the business case calculation for your projects: You analyse the market potential, internal data & consumer preferences & derive strategic recommendations (with a 360° mindset) for further portfolio projects.
• You oversee project timelines, capacity planning considering the availability of resources, stakeholder management and information flow for timely market launches of your projects.
• You operate in a high-growth, highly cross-functional environment and liaise strongly with marketing, product, flavor development, brand and R&D.
• You report directly to the Head of Global Brand & Portfolio Management.

This is you

• You should have a proven track record (+5 years of experience) in a fast-paced consumer goods environment (e.g. strategy consulting or strategic business development)
• You have professional experience in a consumer-faced role. Adding a creative and analytical mindset to the table will be a great plus.
• You have successfully completed a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action (and you shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty) as well as master strategical acting with a mid- to long term view
• You have excellent organizational skills, including a strong attention to detail and managing multiple, cross-functional projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
• You impress with excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure
• You convince with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
