The CEM is responsible for scoping projects, developing proposal documents, and generating demand for consultants and training. The CEM also supports their assigned Account Executive in all aspects of the software sales cycle.

Tasks

  • Professional services SME for all pre-sales and bid management (RFP, RFI) efforts
  • Assist in the creation and submittal of all project proposal documents including estimates, Statement(s) of Work (SOWs) and RFP responses.
  • Direct revenue contribution in the sale of software, driving Professional Services bookings for both Education and Consulting, and ensuring the financial success of the Professional Services group by ensuring customer contracts are in line with Sparta’s revenue and profitably goals.
  • Quota carrying responsibility for designing and selling professional services implementation plans for midmarket, enterprise, and strategic organizations, globally, for TrackWise Digital QMS (SaaS) solution and TrackWise on premise solution.
  • Act as primary demand driver for services value proposition as a strategic differentiator with our prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with global network of strategic alliance partners for full program design and deployment strategies for QMS transformation project
  • Specialize in transitioning on-premise TrackWise QMS customers to the TrackWise Digital QMS solution
  • Oversee implementations and serve as a project governance owner and escalation point for global implementations
  • Complement the Account Executive by serving as point of professional services expertise in customer communications and discussions.
  • Work with Operations Manager to provide adequate consultant coverage on each assigned account.
  • Communicate new product functionality to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with other lines of business to ensure customer product issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Provide knowledge of Sparta’s Educational offerings and positioning such at the Customer site.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Typical relevant experience of 5+ years of proven results in customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with other tracking software systems, document management systems or other quality management software tools (i.e. ERP, MES, EDMS, and QMS).
  • Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
