domeprojection.com® GmbH is a Germany based SME developing world’s most precise high-end automatic projection alignment and calibration solutions, real 3D projection mapping software and providing services for projection systems for professional simulation- and training as well as the professional AV market. Our industry-leading ProjectionTools solutions are used in visual systems for civil-, research- and military simulation (flight, driving, naval, industrial, combat) as well as for large and complex AV-displays (EXPO, Event, Museums, Planetariums etc.) world-wide.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional targeting the professional AV market worldwide, having extensive knowledge and an existing network to help us growing fast in this market. You can be home based, but you will get extensive training and attend regular meetings in Magdeburg, Germany.

Business Development, Partner & Reseller Network Building, Sales Pipeline
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, product applications, markets within the global professional AV industry
  • Develop a market analysis and sales plan and identify potential partners to grow business
  • Establish strategic relationships with key accounts, partners and supporters by making periodic visits while exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts relative to price and volume
  • Prepare quotations and designs with support from the engineering team
  • Prepare handover of opportunity wins for project team
  • Ensure the company receives payment from their respective accounts
Technical Guidance, Training
  • Provide demos and entry-level trainings of ProjectionTools for potential partners and customers
  • Provide entry-level technical support to existing partners and customers
  • Support the project team in customer-specific issues
Marketing and Sales Support
  • Provide regular marketing & sales support and updates to partners, resellers and key accounts
  • Continuous development of sophisticated sales tools
  • Support in optimisation of business processes
  • Assist with marketing activities of the company including website, social media, brochures, tradeshows, and advertisement
  • Help organizing, preparing and participate in international tradeshows
Requirements
  • A technical or economics university degree is preferred
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in the professional AV industry
  • Strong sales background and proven track record
  • Language skills: proficient english (spoken/written), additional language(s) are considered a plus
  • Able to travel extensively to partners, customers and attend trade shows worldwide
  • Current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Solution driven with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills
