So, what’s that… are we a startup and starting from scratch? Yes. And no. We are a well funded licensed e-money institution and principal member of Mastercard with offices in Luxembourg and Munich with a staff of ca. 120, and rapidly growing. We have been running a successful consumer card product for the last 6 years and built a significant B2B portfolio around corporate spend management, payouts and emergency payments.

Following our new mission we have brought together some of the brightest minds in fintech and now are building a new modular ecosystem upon the running business and experience we have. Quite a luxurious situation for a startup we’d say – and one that absolutely excites us!

Are you the right fit?

If you are still reading this and have significant experience and track record, we would like to talk.

• interact with vendors concerning any concerns;

• build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors;

• research new vendors based on price and quality and select them based on Dock Financials strategy;

• communicate with the vendors and perform the quality check, dealing with the price and improvements;

• regularly analyze the sales trends to understand the market value of different products;

• interact with new vendors to explain the expectations and responsibilities together with the Senior Vendor Manager;

• monitor vendors performance against agreed SLAs (I.e. service quality, reliability, compliance with contractual obligations etc), KPI system, dashboard setup.

• Degree in marketing, sales, business administration and supply chain management and/ or proven experience in aforementioned fields.

• Negotiation and decision-making experience in dealing with vendors.

• Solution oriented communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

• Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Office suite, Atlassian - Jira and Confluence knowledge)

• Confident interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives.
