Within ACM, the Global Program Office ensures the successful organization of the ACM Programme. The Global Program Office manages the interaction with multiple Governance Bodies and is responsible for coordinating topics that enable use to transform to our desired buisness platform in an effective way (topics include product retirement, IT decommissioning, Strategic Workforce Planning).

We are looking for a project manager to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.

  • Coordinate key topics related to product retirement, IT Decommissioning (linked to product retirement) & best practice organizational setup to enable the transformation
  • Drive content topics and independently interact with other stakeholders
  • Bring "business" perspective to the different topics to challenge status quo thinking and accelerate towards Group ambitions
  • Liaise with multiple Operating Entities, Group functions to deliver stated targets in a fast paced environment (conceptualize/organize/conduct workshops, track progress & provide regular updates to AZ SE Board of Management)
