Team mission

Our mission is to maintain content quality at a large scale and improve browsing structures so customers can find unforgettable experiences, and book with confidence. Together with our Product and Marketing stakeholders, we bring to life our overall vision to provide a joyful, intuitive and inspiring search and discovery experience. You will most likely specialize in the exciting space of locations structure (destinations, Points of Interest, etc.) that our site is built on.

Responsibiliites:

• Coordinating with technical counterparts on developing customer and supplier-facing tools and metrics to measure and improve the quality of our e-commerce content and locations infrastructure.
• Creating proposals to test, validate and scale content optimizations that impact customer experience on both sides of our marketplace (i.e. travelers and suppliers).
• Analyzing data to evaluate product and process performance, uncover opportunities, and leverage insights to create buy-in and influence teams’ roadmaps.
• Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability of underlying data. Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Preparing briefings, visualizations, reports, and recommendations for leadership to review.

Who you are:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, built-for-scale environment. Experience could be in Product Management, Project Management or Business/Product Analysis or Consulting.
• A self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, nothing holds you back from executing with a test-and-learn mindset and ability to break down complex problems.
• Knowledge of and direct experience in data visualization concepts using business intelligence reporting tools (Looker ideally) and data extraction using SQL and/or Python (not strictly required).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and written/verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• Customer focus, being able to empathize with our customers and see our marketplace through their eyes (both suppliers and travelers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
