Your contribution within the team

You want to understand our customers’ requirements and increase our customers’ satisfaction to lead them to a positive life. You are a great communicator and passionate about product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the goals of our initiatives, and working closely with engineering, design, BI, marketing and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. You like to work in agile environments with cross-functional teams and you are always open to learning.

What Type of Workout You Can Expect:
  • Research and understand our customers requirements with colleagues from UX design and business intelligence
  • Manage the efficient implementation of the product roadmap and contribute to developing the roadmap further, driven by insights from our customers and thinking customer first
  • Ideate and concept features in a smart way, always having our users and mission at the core of what we do and striving for shipping an MVP fast to get meaningful feedback from our customers
  • Contribute to the product strategy and translate larger strategic projects into smaller building blocks and features
  • Manage a product backlog, define product requirements, write user stories, and quantify their business value
  • Manage a cross-functional feature team from the product side (consisting of colleagues from engineering, product, QA, design)
  • Support continuous product discovery and lean product decisions.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Have at least 5 years of operational product management experience (experience with native mobile apps are a strong plus)
  • Have a solid technical understanding and have successfully worked in an agile environment
  • Have a passion for developing smart concepts that improve the user experience and are easy to implement and test
  • Be able to easily transition between product strategies and daily team efforts
  • Have a passion both for the larger strategic framework and the details of the implementation of concepts and features
  • Have high attention to detail and are familiar with wireframing, user research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
  • Have a strong analytical mindset that helps derive insights from data, supported by our business intelligence team
  • Have excellent communication skills and fluently speak English (German is a plus)
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery, product requirements, defining the goals of our initiatives, and working closely with your team, related teams (e.g. design, content, business development), and management
