About the Team

The Finance Systems Transformation team is responsible for running SHAPE+ - a DHL cross-divisional Finance transformation program. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting processes across Business Units and their consolidation into ONE SAP S/4HANA Finance ERP platform. This will streamline our Finance set-up and is the basis for the continuous transformation and digitalization of the DHL Finance organization.

As Senior Process Manager, you are responsible for selected processes in Accounts Receivables/ Order-to-Cash (OtC).

You will pro-actively drive process design in the SHAPE+ Program. In close collaboration with divisional process experts, the SHAPE+ community and external partners, you will define solutions for business requirements and support the rollout of the system and process template to the operational entities worldwide. You will define and implement the process governance of the new platform, train users and deliver continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for selected end-to-end processes in Accounts Receivables/ Order-to-Cash (OtC)
    • Independently drive process analysis and standardization jointly with divisional process experts
    • Propose and evaluate solution options based on the SHAPE+ template
    • Conduct process modelling and documentation and create functional specifications
  • Independently drive alignment with multiple stakeholders
  • Steer process improvement initiatives
    • Execute fit-to-standard workshops as part of continuous improvement
    • Review processes cross-divisionally and improve efficiency and quality
    • Ensure integration with other process towers and end-to-end optimization
  • Support the development and implementation of the cross-divisional governance model incl. the design and implementation of internal controls
  • Ensure consistent and updated process documentation, design and conduct trainings, create user communication and change management measures
  • Ensure professional project management by transparent prioritization and planning, outlining of project progress, discussion of issues/ solutions on detailed level, creation of result analysis, preparing and delivering presentations to international audiences (e.g. steering committees, Senior Management, CFO)

Your Profile

  • Min. 5 years of experience in SAP FI-AR and SAP FSCM (or SAP FI-CA) system design and/or implementation
  • Extensive experience (min. 3 years) in Finance process projects in the area of Accounts Receivables/ Order-to-Cash
  • Knowledge of Finance process requirements, ideally in (several) DPDHL Divisions
  • Distinct processual way of thinking and experience in process modelling (ideally with Signavio/BPMN 2.0)
  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent working experience (more than 5 years)
  • Strong conceptual design & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
  • Hands-on-mentality
  • Superior English skills, German would be beneficial
