With our software product Enscape™, we revolutionize how architects and designers communicate their projects by means of 3D evaluations. Enscape offers a photo-realistic representation of projects based on the latest rendering techniques. Enscape runs parallel to CAD software or directly in Virtual Reality, for example, the Oculus Rift.

You will be part of a team of more than 100 people, based in a light-flooded office in a revitalized industry building in the business park "Raumfabrik Durlach", working with passion around our product Enscape. More than just a job

Do you want to become our specialist on the company’s lead funnel from web visitor to customer and everything in-between? Are you interested in developing and executing email and automation initiatives to increase customer and prospects engagement? Your Tasks

• You manage email lists and email campaigns, including content development, segmentation, template email content creation, campaign launches, tracking, measurement, and reporting
• You develop and execute email marketing initiatives, specifically automation, welcome series, re-engagement
• You collaborate with internal but also external stakeholders to identify opportunities for marketing programs such as automated upgrade programs, customer engagement programs, or e-commerce email program optimization
• You will analyze and report on the success of the initiatives and programs and derive decisions for further initiatives from them
• You collaborate with our Marketing Operations Expert (HubSpot System Owner) to set up workflows, nurtures, etc.
• You design and develop newsletters to support marketing campaigns with our external partners

Your Profile

• You are on top of current best practices and trends in the field of Email Marketing and Automation Programs with a proven track record as a marketing manager in a similar role
• Ideally, you have solid project management experience with a strong focus on customer experience and user experience
• You have excellent knowledge in HubSpot or any other leading marketing automation platform
• You have a profound technical understanding of web technology such as HTML, CSS, and a proficiency in MS Excel
• Your analytical and data research skills are just as strong as your ability to empathize with our target audience at different stages of the lead funnel
• You communicate and present in a target group-oriented and business fluent manner in English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage
