What awaits you with us

We are building a strong IT management organisation, ​as all technology work including change and project management, has been sourced from a large array ofexternal suppliers. The company now needs a more integrated approach. Therefore you can be the one to join our IT team as (Senior) Business Analyst IT for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (m/f/d).

Your tasks in detail:

• Building report with senior leaders, and become a trusted advisor for the business
• Lead on definition of workflows, customer journeys, and business analysis, and convert to executable project activities by writing user stories and champion them through the software delivery lifecycle - mostly with supplier Dev&QA workforce
• Build requirement traceability matrices (RTM), contribute to RAID logs
• Provide leadership on CMS, Digital Asset Management, PIM, and ERP processe, and encourage the adoption of best practises
• Ensure technological components are kept as much as possible as OOTB (Out-of-the-box)
• Taking lead on projects as required, and be confident and collaborative in Supplier Management
• Review requirements received, together with senior stakeholders ensure business outcomes are documented

What you bring

• You have a degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or similar
• You have professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central environment within the IT department or as a consultant
• Experience from eCommerce, Retail, Financial Service, or Procurement and a solid understanding of basic company functions such as Procurement, Accounting, Inventory Mgmt, Warehousing, Fulfilment, and Logistics (all centered around NAV 2016; in addition understanding the technical components (files, transactions, master data, KM, etc) as we are also restructuring these components)
• You are a skilled trouble shooter as "change requests" often will arrive as undiagnosed issues, and you will need to investigate and define root cause problem statements yourself
• Routine in directing analysis of processes, workflows, customer journeys, and transactions
• Ability to lead and suggest best practice on as many of the business processes above
• Demonstrable experience of defining, planning and managing Business Analytics activities for large transformation projects
• Ability to articulate decision recommendations based on findings and risks to company leadership
• Currently we are using two different Webstore platforms (Shopify and Lightspeed), and will be implementing the third (Spryker) withing the next 6-9 months to service our 35+ different webstores – experience in these platforms is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently
• Very good English language skills as well as German (B2-level minimum)
