A DAY AT EXPORO

As part of our Tech-Product organization, you will be responsible for driving product innovation.

You will work closely with other product owners, engineering, business owners, and other key stakeholders.

Your task is to create a prioritized backlog and help our engineering teams to implement the requirements. The basis for this is the identified user value, our vision, strategy, and the agreed-on OKRs. To reach your goals you use agile methods and tools like prototyping, A/B tests, and user feedback. To achieve this, you will take the lead of one or more agile teams and provide the mission and direction for our development efforts.

You will assess value, develop use-cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and projects to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value for the customer, in alignment with our product strategy. Also, you will be leading the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for the delivery of new functionalities.

Our agile coaches will help you to design a suitable process for the team. In cooperation with the Leadership Team, you will contribute to defining the product strategy for Exporo.

Since we have a remote work model in place, you will be welcome in our offices in either Hamburg or Lisbon 2-3 days in a quarter.

What We Are Looking For
  • You have several years of experience in the field of product management and a high affinity for UX.
  • You are experienced in using a range of agile concepts and can use them in different situations, including prioritization methods.
  • Working experience in the FinTech or PropTech sector is a plus.
  • You worked on complex products and, ideally, already have some experience with Blockchain-based products or technologies.
  • You have the ability to create and structure product roadmaps and product visions for your teams.
  • Structured way of working and organizational talent.
  • You have very good communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
