Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Support will support the relationships for the Regional Accounts. You have a very good understanding and knowledge of the sales processes and will be responsible for executing customer support activities for a defined group of moderate scale customers. Key Accountabilities

Maintain and develop the relations with customers
Setting up and maintaining the data quality of the systems and administration tools
Solves day-to-day problems to ensure we can deliver upon our customer promise by being the expert in the sales processes, incl. managing contract books, reporting and complaints.
Bookings within pre-defined limits and follow up/managing of partially very complex contract activities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the sales processes and to make it first time right.
Assists in regional coordination and create KPI report that is related to the performance and overall customer satisfaction
Accountable for following the best practices and adhering the sales processes.
Assists and supports sales manager in organizing customer projects and sales events
Being the champion or key user for a specific process / tool using continuous improvement methods Qualifications

Fluent in German and very good level of English (verbal and written)
Secondary education level or higher
Preferably had already experience in similar job or related areas (eg customer service).
PC literate (e.g. MS Office Suite)
Basic understanding of product applications at customers
Team player and hands-on problem solver
Good analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
Persuasiveness and engagement for our customers
