Our ideal candidate is well experienced and has in-depth knowledge about the sales process, as well as an excellent technical understanding about complex technical products. The candidate can generate leads, build relationship, and manage business in a professional manner. We’re searching for a team player who is proactive with an entrepreneurial drive to success, with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The working experience must be related to the sales of technical complex products, preferred engines, but also experience in the aftermarket and service is well appreciated, as the position is sales to first fit and into the aftermarket.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and products at our customers, dealers and during exhibitions
  • Identify customer needs and build a package out of our portfolio to fulfill them
  • Handling inquiries from Dealers, customers and potential customers concerning technical and commercial topics
  • Handling sales for assigned area over the whole cycle
  • Achieve company objectives through market data analysis, effective planning, setting sales goals and projecting future market trends
  • Perform Market analysis of assigned area to report to Branch Manager about existing and potential customers and competition
  • Choose, appoint, develop, and monitor Dealers and Key Dealers. Visit Dealers and OEM`s regularly to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Collect information from other departments to assure quick replies to the customers and to the subsidiaries
  • Manage with the Finance Department customer’s payments and/or related delays

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales related to technical products (engines is preferred) for first fit or aftermarket
  • Proven track record of success within the whole sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Attitude and availability to travel (30% of the time – domestic market)
  • Professional spoken and written German and English knowledge (C1 level)
  • Degree in Engineering is considered a plus
