Your Role
As a Recruiter (f/m/d) for the International Expansion at Forto, you will make an impact as a key contributor, hiring talent to build innovative digital products and campaigns. You will work as a talent advisor and crucial key partner to the functional business leaders and hiring managers, developing strategies to approach, engage, and hire the best talents.
You will
- Full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach to offer, for simultaneous, complex searches
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
- Champion and obsess over an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications
- Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
- Advance projects in the area of Recruiting Strategy
- 2+ years of experience in the field of (inhouse) Recruitment
- A high motivation to find top talents in an efficient way to identify recruitment priorities
- Data driven work and the ability to draw correct conclusions for recruitment based on this data
- Confidence in researching, sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing elite talent at a global consumer-facing brand
- Business fluent in English
