Our client, a global construction and real estate company, is recruiting a Project Manager Site Acquisitionto join their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and coordination with contractors (acquisition service providers)
• Coordination of the entire acquisition process including acquisition orders
• Review of (acquisition) lease agreements for the new mobile sites (mast and roof sites)
• Ensuring compliance with contractual interests
• Preparation of tender documents
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of our processes

Qualifications:

• Studies/ further education/ commercial training in the field of real estate (or similar)
• Initial experience in the area of (lease) agreements and basic knowledge of building law
• Initial experience with the acquisition/ leasing/renting of commercial real estate
• Experience in the acquisition of mobile phone sites is an advantage
• Structured handling of several projects in parallel
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
