Project Manager ENT Platform (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager you will successfully manage international projects and deliver on project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost and quality.
You will be part of the R&D Team for Advanced Guidance Technologies (AGT) who is responsible for computer based surgical guidance systems and navigated instruments which support surgeons in several procedures in the Operating room.

Your key responsibilities

• As a Project Manager you are responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of a project including maintenance after product market release.

• You define and clarify scope and objectives with project stakeholders while developing and maintaining the project schedule. You will also have ownership for managing and reporting project progress.

• You have the responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk.

• You establish priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit.

• You will be working closely with Marketing and understand end-customer needs to drive successful project implementation.

• You observe the competitive landscape and manage the relationship with external partners.

• You are responsible to identify future opportunities and you to develop a long-term roadmap for navigated instruments together with marketing and other Stryker divisions.

• It would be possible to work 50% from home

What are we looking for?

• You have an advanced degree in engineering or in an equivalent field of studies.

• You have already gained several years of professional experience ideally in the medical device industry or in another regulated environment.

• You have a strong drive for Medical Device Engineering and are passionate about using state-of-the art technologies

• You have a proven track record in managing projects as a Project Manager (min. 2 years).

• You have the willingness for regular international travel (approx. 15%).

• English and German speaking language skills on a fluent level are mandatory.
