Discover your exciting role
  • Overall responsibility for planning, design and project engineering of chemical and gas engineering systems as well as interdisciplinary coordination in all phases of project execution and realization
  • Preparation of planning documents, calculations for HOAI phases 1-9
  • Participation in the preparation of design, execution and construction plans
  • Preparation and evaluation of plant concepts and layouts, technical time schedules and
  • flow diagrams, site and location plans as well as performance specifications
  • Preparation of delivery lists; component lists; bills of quantities
  • Technical advice and support of project team members (exchange of experience)
  • Plan, monitor and control, update and report progress of current project at agreed intervals to Project Manager [Department Manager/Construction Manager.
  • Project and discipline related schedule, participation in scheduled (customer and internal) Meetings
  • Identify current issues and risks to achieving project goals related to project collaboration
  • Evaluate bids, technical clarifications with suppliers and clients, participate and contribute to supplier and subcontractor awards
  • Clarify bottlenecks as well as technical issues of hardware and software and initiate corrective actions while considering economic goals/ objectives
  • Contribute to supplement management from conception to realization.
  • Check and approve invoices from suppliers from a technical point of view
  • Site support by clarifying arising technical questions with the supplier
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • University degree in the field of mechanical engineering/ process engineering or comparable training
  • > 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of process engineering
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Capable of using basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel
