How? The container is the single biggest innovation in logistics of the last century and has revolutionized not only an entire industry but also changed the way we live and do business. However, while this iron box itself is simple, standardized, and efficient; using and owning containers is an operational nightmare. Market transparency is limited, trust along the value chain is low and most processes are manual and error-prone. Our mission is to change this—by providing a neutral platform for container owners and users to collaborate easily and efficiently. We are here to connect global container logistics to take the hassle out of owning and transporting container equipment.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will strategically build up, own, and grow product marketing at Container xChange. This will require finetuning the knowledge of our target audiences, improving the positioning of our products, and optimizing conversion rates across channels, teams, segments, and products. As our product marketing manager, you will make sales more efficient, and product launches wildly successful.

Tasks

Position Container xChange and our products successful on the market, finetune ICPs and communicate our positioning with various different stakeholders

• Provide the sales team with up to date content and materials (such as case studies, product sheets, sales scripts, decks and an updated website) enabling stronger pitches with better conversion rates throughout the funnel
• Help marketing with better personalising pitches to various company types and personas allowing for more meaningful and relevant conversations
• Work collaboratively across teams for the Go-to-Market strategies of new products and features as well as providing them with key learnings and feedback to increase performance. This includes working closely with our Sales, Product and CSM teams for example
• Establish strategies for new product/feature launches as well as defining clear messaging and positioning for them, highlighting how they fit into the current product portfolio
• Deliver product training - including the product’s specifications, positioning, pricing, benefits, etc. to the sales and marketing teams
• Make use of qualitative and quantitative research to analyse and subsequently optimize the overall success of sales enablement and product marketing at xChange.

Requirements

• Experience in a product marketing role in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with marketplace
• You have proven experience in implementing product marketing frameworks and driving successful product launches
• You are ambitious, data-driven in your decision making and ready to build up product marketing from scratch at Container xChange
• Strategic thinker who is proactive and very organized in their approach
• You are a great communicator and listener; you are passionate about the xChange mission and inspire and motivate the people around you
• You are immensely successful in fast paced environments which require managing multiple commitments
• You value integrity and trust in your own approach as well as your teams - You are open and transparent in all communication and promote a culture of collaboration within the team.
• Fluency in English (all additional languages are a plus)
