Nets is looking for a Product Delivery Manager for our business unit Merchant Services. Merchant Services is the fastest growing business area in Nets Group and provides payment solutions within Europe. The services include both payment terminals, acquiring and e-commerce and thereby everything that has anything to do with accepting payments.
Job Description
You’ll be part of the product delivery team in Experience product tower. Experience is part of the Nets Product and Engineering area. Experience enables Nets Merchant Service to give customers the best and most compelling user experience through innovative products and services by relentlessly working on understanding their businesses, goals, needs and challenges.
As a product delivery manager, you will work together with product managers, SAFe release train engineers, programme managers and software delivery teams. You will have the opportunity to drive high value complex initiatives in an Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ecosystem.
We’d love you to be solution-oriented while being focused on valuable outcome. In addition to that, you should have an extensive understanding of agile ways of working. You will be part of a constantly evolving environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize initiatives in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and delivering on associated Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Facilitate end- to-end delivery across the organization in the context of Agile and SAFe ways of working
- Coordinate delivery with Agile Release Trains (ART) as well as 3rd party providers, external suppliers, customer operations, customers, and generally stakeholders
- Ensure objectives are met in areas including customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, security, and reporting
- Align deliveries between different entities thru efficient communication and close collaboration with your fellows
- Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference. You’ll feel natural in collaborating with your colleagues in and around product deliver structures (e.g. projects, programs, Agile Release Trains).
- University degree, preferably in Business, (Software) Engineering, Informatics, Economics, or the Sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a product delivery manager, or program manager, or in a comparable leadership role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from an Agile product engineering organization – preferably in the FinTech or financial services industries
- Experience of managing cross organizational initiatives with several stakeholders in different functions, and in particular launching digital products and services
- Any project or delivery management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP or SAFe agile) would be an advantage
Strong consideration will be given to candidates speaking either German or Italian.

- You enjoy working in multi-cultural delivery teams
- Results-oriented and solution-oriented mentality
- Proven experience as a project- /program manager in an agile environment
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Shown ability to navigate on a both strategic and tactical level
- Have knowledge of and share the values of Servant Leadership
- Financial Services domain knowledge is required preferably in payments, regulatory and compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, tailored to large cross-country organizations especially in remote working environments
- Highly organized and disciplined to facilitate planning, governance, and collaboration across the ecosystem
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in finding solutions to problems
- You speak business-level English and preferably also either German or Italian
- Ability to travel on-site within the EU
- Authorization to work in the EU is mandatory
