Process Manager - Records2Report / Cost Accounting

As Process Manager (x-divisional), you support Head of Process Standards & Governance and the x-divisional Process Owner Records2Report / Cost Accounting (RTR/CA) in delivering standardized cross-divisional processes and functional applications. You are responsible for selected processes in the area of RTRorCA and pro-actively drive process design in the SHAPE+ Program. You will coordinate input for divisional specifics and design to-be processes for the new cross-divisional Group standards. In close collaboration with divisional process experts, the BPO team, ERP platform designers and external consultants, you will create functional specifications, manage alignment with multiple stakeholders and drive process improvement initiatives in your process area.

Your Tasks

• Drive reporting to the X-Divisional Process Owner RTR & CA
• Responsible for selected (end-to-end) process areas in RtR

• Execute fit-to-standard workshops and drive divisional process alignments together with the BPO team
• Guarantee cross-divisional process harmonization and improvement of efficiency and quality in the respective process area
• Ensuring integration and End to End optimization with other process towers and areas of the business
• Conduct process modelling and documentation (e.g. process flows) and create functional specifications
• Review ERP solutions incl. testing and review of functional applications and custom code requirements in collaboration with ERP platform designers
• Support and occasionally lead the development and implementation of the cross-divisional Governance Model together with divisional process experts and the central BPO team
• Ensure design and adherence to the corporate internal controls and support implementation of a standard internal control solutions
• Pro-actively drive divisional process analysis jointly with divisional process experts and manage the realization of cross-divisional process standardization
• Define and align the master plan for roll out of the global template and drive enhancement, standardization, process maturity and compliance
• Propose cross-divisional targets for the operations for KPIs and approve the targets set by the Divisions

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in Finance process projects, e.g. in Finance Operations or Process Governance
• Knowledge of Finance process requirements, ideally in (several) DPDHL Divisions
• Solid process modelling skills and technical affinity (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP FI, further applications)
• University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent working experience (more than 5 years)
• Strong conceptual design & analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
• Superior English skills, German would be beneficial
• Willingness to take responsibility, target- and result-oriented
