Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES) is a business unit of PPD that helps biopharmaceutical companies overcome patient recruitment and research site challenges by optimizing each step in the patient journey to deliver greater speed, certainty, and control to clinical trial delivery.

Are you a good networker? Can you build relationships of trust? Do you have or want to gain experience working in a healthcare environment?

We are looking for an exceptional networker to join us as our Patient Outreach Coordinator to support our Synexus research site in Frankfurt. You will be playing a key role in engaging with the community and stakeholders in the local area to help us to bring therapies to patients faster on various types of clinical trials.

Key responsibilities for a Patient Outreach Coordinatorare as follows:   
  • Supports the delivery of recruitment objectives, business growth and randomization targets by taking responsibility for the recruitment, engagement and retention of patients at the sites.
  • Builds a strong network with non-medical partners (patients advocacy groups, sport groups, social clubs, schools, retirement houses) to strengthen the awareness of clinical trials.
  • Promotes and builds recognition of the Synexus brand.
  • Locates, schedules and attends various community wide events that allows face-to-face interaction to obtain opt-in database leads.
  • Cultivates and maintain respectable relations with the community and promote clinical trials attend community events.
  • Ensures an increase to the database and actively contributes to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database.
  • Distributes flyers, posters and other advertising material as appropriate to increase awareness of clinical trials.
  • Manages projects and act as point of contact for various internal clients.
Job Qualification
