Job Description

  • Planning and processing of Sales & Service orders
  • Checking order entries and initiating and following up on any necessary corrections/adjustments
  • Communication with involved sales staff, colleagues and customers worldwide
  • Tracking deadlines through to delivery
  • Incoming goods processing incl. customs clearance
  • Collaboration with the relevant internal interface departments (warehouse, production, service, planning) as well as global Group colleagues and customers
  • Dispatch processing incl. customs clearance for exports

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training (preferably as an industrial clerk)
  • Ideally several years of experience in a production company, in particular export processing, import knowledge, order processing
  • Sound knowledge of shipping and customs clearanc
  • Proactive cooperation with all relevant interface departments
  • Experienced working with an MRP system and the MS Office package (Excel, Access)
  • Confident communication in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills in collaboration with many internal and external contacts
  • Customer-oriented behavior
  • Interest in dealing with complex interrelationships
