Responsibilities and Opportunities:
  • Providing support and consultancy to our clients in the waste management or social sector.
  • Customizing our ERP system based on client requirements.
  • Taking an active and influential role in IT projects and guiding the migration to the new ERP solution.
  • Analyzing business processes and devising optimizations for our clients’ workflows.
  • Maintaining close collaboration with software development colleagues.
  • Conducting training sessions for our clients on our ERP system.


Candidate Profile:
  • Possession of a degree in business informatics or evidence of a business-oriented study with a strong technical and process-related inclination; alternatively, having a technical-business education with several years of professional experience.
    Experience in the realm of ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
  • Ideally, previous project experience.
  • Working in a goal- and solution-oriented manner to meet requirements, demonstrating a structured and analytical approach.
  • Accustomed to working independently with a strong focus on customer orientation.
  • Enjoyment in interacting with pleasant colleagues and clients.
  • Speak fluent German, English is also beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel to clients in Bavaria, when required.
