Role Summary:

Material Planner m/f/d (Testfield Administrator)

Aim of the position:

Administration Testfield: capacitive planning of upcoming customer orders based on customer request dates, customer support and documentation creation

Preferred Experience / Skills: Your qualification:

• Completed 3-year commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as industrial clerk or industrial mechanic

• Further, recognized 1 to max. 2 year additional / specialized training in the organizational or technical field is desirable, but not mandatory

• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

• Good knowledge in the normal handling of the relevant MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access), as well as personnel / capacity planning tools

• Experience in dealing with complex contexts in order to efficiently plan material availability and capacities

• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, commitment and initiative

Responsibilities & Requirements: Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordination in the test field, taking into account delivery dates, according to customer requests, available capacities and technical possibilities

• Creation of shift and vacation schedules

• Validation of measurement results and timely preparation of test reports to complete customer documentation

• Support of the technical supervisor in the preparation of "KQI-Reportings”

• Support of customer service during test runs

• Creation of detailed schedules according to customer requirements

• Entering actual data after test runs into the test field database
