Job Description

Leading a team of 4 employees, Marketing Manager elaborates and implements the marketing strategy of the market on the territory of DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Strong market analysis, through market and consumer research, internal and customer data, competitive analysis, consumer insights:
  • Defining the LTS for the subsidiary for the next 3 years with the management team, evaluating the key development directions for the business and the marketing guidelines;
  • Translate the strategy into marketing plans and actions: support the creation of plans and the definition of product and channel priorities, seize eventual opportunities, ensure a proper execution of the plans throughout the year, defend the profitability of the categories and ensure a proper usage of post activities’ measurements, including their financial impact;
  • Support the team in the regular processes, such as forecasting, trainings, budgeting, new product launches;
  • Ensure a good understanding of category management within the team; sponsor the implementation of category management plans and projects;
  • Support the HQ with local knowledge; provide a good understanding of local needs and insights;
  • Creating a strong collaborative environment with the sales teams;
  • Full control of the 4p’s + setting the marketing strategy for all categories.
  • Launch & execution of the ATL investments in line with European communication, close contact with HQ on alignment of ATL;
  • People management: coordinate, coach and develop the local marketing team, define and ensure a close follow-up of their objectives and set up clear individual plans & targets in line with the subsidiary strategy etc.
Qualifications
  • University degree (marketing / economics / business administration:
  • Marketing experience 5+ years;
  • People management experience;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Strong analythical thinking;
  • Solution focused and strong drive for result;
  • Strong communication skills and high level of EI
