How You Will Create Impact...

In your role as a Marketing & Growth Intern you will work side-by-side with our leadership as well as content and growth team. As our marketing efforts are impacting existing and potential future clients, other external partners as well as possible future employees, there is almost no other position that will give you the opportunity to create visible impact as fast as this one.

We will tailor your responsibilities to your individual ’skill spikes’ and learning goals. Potential responsibilities for you might be, among others:
  • Researching, writing and designing relevant content marketing pieces for our blog (for both employer branding as well as inbound sales purposes)
  • Developing new creative strategies, ideas and concepts for our social media presence (mainly LinkedIn and Xing)
  • Monitoring and improving our existing SEO and SEA initiatives as well as developing & managing campaigns of your own
  • Supporting our website team in building and continuously improving our website as well as our product and growth team in product marketing initiatives
Requirements

Your Profile...
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program (preferably with a focus on Marketing and/or Communication)
  • Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills as well as an eye for detail
  • Curious with a hunger to learn
  • Previous experience in a high-paced job environment
  • Fluency in German & English
  • Relevant marketing experience from a previous internship or voluntary work, experience with managing blogs / a blog of your own is a plus
