Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung der Disposition
  • Management des Fuhrparks hinsichtlich Servicequalität, Kundenzufriedenheit, Kosten und rechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Einkauf von Transportdienstleistern, Leitung/Durchführung von Vertrags- und Tarifverhandlungen
  • Erstellung und Implementierung von Logistik Konzepten, insbesondere was die Zustellungen und Abholungen im Bremer Großraum und Umland anbelangt
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Einleitung von Maßnahmen und Implementierung von geeigneten Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Großkunden
  • Regelmäßige und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich Sales

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Transport-/Logistikbereich
  • Tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Management von Subunternehmern/Servicedienstleistern
  • Gute Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, Verordnungen und Gesetze im Transportgewerbe
  • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, vor einem breiten Publikum selbstbewusst zu präsentieren
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung/Durchführung von Projekten
  • Ausgezeichnetes Urteilsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
