For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Taufkirchen Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

your responsibilities:

The jobholder works as a Manager International & Industrial Partnerships (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:

  • Development and implementation of suitable proposals to fulfil existing and future IC/Offset commitments
  • Coordinate with internal and internal stakeholders to ensure holistic view of undertakings existing vs new IC/Offset projects
  • Prepare projects for submission to Offset Authorities Project scouting within and outside of Airbus, out-of-the-box thinking in creation of IC/Offset opportunities including respective transfer into viable projects.
  • Ensure compliance of undertakings with applicable processes, guidelines and procedures
  • Support the approval process of IC/Offset projects

  • Management and controlling of on-going IC/Offset commitments
  • Liaise with internal technical / commercial project owners
  • Monitor progress of IC/Offset projects, track and update as required
  • Develop and implement mitigation actions for negative development
  • Track and document progress and change control

  • Preparation of offset reporting, including related follow-on activities
  • Manage IC/Offset partners to timely provide their inputs to the reporting
  • Collate and structure overall reporting documentation in the required formats
  • Support queries and audits by the Offset Authorities, steer required actions and documentation preparation / delivery Support the Offset Authorities IC/Offset approval and crediting process
  • Adherence to all pertinent compliance standards by pro-actively driving corresponding process activities
  • Support for planning of trade fairs, local industrial activities, etc. in alignment with stakeholders

personal requirements:

  • Very good communication skills to speak with stakeholders and industrial partners
  • Natural relationship builder with ability to present complex topics to an executive audience

professional training/studies:

  • Industrial engineer at least master’s / diploma course or
  • Business administration at least master’s / diploma course

work experience:

  • Controlling for at least 5 years
  • Aerospace at least over 5 years
  • Knowledge in reporting is necessary
  • Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus

IT:

  • MS Excel at least detail. special skills
  • MS PowerPoint at least detail. special skills
  • Knowledge with Google Suite would be a plus

languages:

  • Business fluent English
  • Business fluent Spanish
  • French or German would be a plus
