Main duties and responsibilities

Warehousing in- and out
Physically Storage and Archive tasks
Dispatch of Merchant Requests (Material, Forms etc.) and ensure customers satisfaction
Creation of freight papers
Inspection of incoming goods
Monitoring Material
Handling of Internal Requests (Sales, Merchants, Bookkeeping, Processing etc.)
Building statistics, report (Sales Force, MNA, Email)
Care of Master Data’s and using the tools like Sales Force, MNA etc.
Observing policies and procedures after guidance of the Logistic or Merchant Services Manager
Monitors that brand guidelines are respected in all communications

The duties ca be extended or changed after arrangement

Reporting and collaboration

The holder of the position reports solid-line to Logistics and/or Sales Support Manager
The holder of the position collaborates with: Sales Team, Accounting, Sales Support, Merchants

Profile and Education

Specific skills and knowledge

Very good German (oral and written)
Basic English
Knowledge of MS Office products and/or CRM, MNA
Work with a team spirit inside
Independent working after given guidelines, goal-oriented and self-motivating personality
Communication skills, especially when working with different target groups within an international environment
Must be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction
Results oriented, customer focused, self-motivated, self-reliant, pragmatic and confident
