For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the head office in Einbeck we are looking for Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) with main focus on export and foreign trade as soon as possible. In this position, you are responsible for order and transport processing for EU and foreign trade transactions. This exciting and dynamic position is limited and full-time.


Your new challenge:
  • Independent transport planning & obtaining offers
  • Processing of SAP deliveries, advertising material, raw materials and supplies
  • Preparation of the required delivery documentation and invoicing
  • Procurement of transport service providers
  • Communication and cooperation with internal and external customers about special features, problems and changes
  • Customs and foreign trade development

What you bring with you:
  • Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on logistics/customs/freight forwarding and preferably first professional experience in a comparable position
  • Intercultural competence, secure and self-confident willingness to cooperate as well as team and communication skills
  • Structured, purposeful, results-oriented independent work
  • Safe handling of PC, MS Office applications, SAP knowledge desirable
  • High degree of flexibility, motivation and commitment
  • Intercultural competence, communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage
