Company OverviewA Japanese company responsible for the Life Science/Medical Products business is looking for a Logistic and Customer Service Staff (m/f/d) in Eschborn.Job Responsibilities
  • Receive PO from customers and issue instructions to warehouse in order to deliver the products appropriately
  • Issue PO to the supplier (including check with Admin and sales representative) and follow up until the goods received safely in warehouse.
  • Keep proper stocks/ consignment stocks by inventory management, placement of order to suppliers.
  • Collaborate with forwarder and warehouse on customs clearance and incoming goods.
  • Maintain price list properly by updated information or new quotation to customers made by sales and customer.
  • Function customer service by replying to customer’s order related requests and connecting to relevant organization
  • Communicating with warehouse, supplier, and accounting related to the mismatch of received order and invoice.
  • Process all the incoming and outgoing including return and other special movement. (together with warehouse).
  • Which including the support for return product until the goods back to the system. Including the minimum support to QA/RA in order to fulfil the requirement.
  • Collaborate with administration to solve differences or problems related to logistic matter.
  • Master data registration in system for customer, products, and necessary parts.
  • Improving the routine work and provide the best solution both for Customer and warehouse

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as logistic staff and customer service (at least 3 years)
  • Experience in SAP for logistic and also proficiency MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Driving license category B
  • Native level of written and verbal skills in German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commitment as well as a quick comprehension and willingness to learn/
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
