YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, manage and execute the overall direction for global digital touchpoints and social media activities across global markets
  • Create, implement, and roll out attention grabbing social media content and hero campaigns
  • Plan, manage and execute special digital platform projects across global markets
  • Conduct analysis of own/competitor’s digital activities across relevant digital touchpoints for fast learning sharing and effective roll-outs
  • Collect and analyze data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment
  • Test and roll out new applications / functionalities
  • Support implementing of digital campaigns and strategy development per brand cluster
  • Lead front end and/or technical implementation of digital platforms such as brand websites, new tools, new social platforms
  • Collaborate with global marketing team and creative agencies to organize effectively upgraded digital campaigns for launches/re-launches
  • Translate the current communication strategy into a hollistic mobile first digital and touchpoint strategy
  • Drive consolidation and evaluation of existing local portals / channels into master architecture

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed a Masters degree in Communication / Media Studies or a similar education in Social Media, Community Management or Online Marketing
  • A digital and communications professional who already obtained the first experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics retailer, cosmetic goods manufacturer, digital agency
  • Deeply passionate about beauty brands, highly creative, can develop fresh ideas and translate them into inspiring digital content
  • A creative who has a good sense of taste in imagery and text, and recognizes trends early on
  • An individual who can express a vision for beauty related topics and bring the digital landscape of Henkel Beauty Care to the next level
  • A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently
  • In-depth understanding & experience in working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and social media management/publishing tools such as Sprinklr / Hootsuite, and Influencer Management Tools
  • Knowledge of Photoshop & InDesign, video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and copy writing skills in English; German &/French language skills are a plus
