Tasks

Contact for customers in different countries for credit control and accounts receivable tasks
Release of blocked orders
Receivable management & dunning process
Monitoring and checking of customer accounts and claims
Month end closing and other admisitrative tasks

Requirements

International Credit Control , Banking, B2C (in regards to payments) or equivalent commercial work experience
Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
Solid knowledge of accounting and affinity for numbers
Experience within the SAP module and solid MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Italian and/or French would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
