  • Based on in depth human and market insights you unlock growth opportunities and help clients innovate go-to-market strategies, business models, products, and services.

  • In this context you also assist in facilitating your clients’ portfolio management.

  • You identify and optimize experience drivers along the customer lifecycle and collaborate with colleagues from different teams and partners to orchestrate strategies and create meaningful experiences.

    • What we’re looking forward to

  • Top-tier Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, innovation management, digital marketing, psychology, service design, or communication

  • First management consulting or digital marketing agency experience would be a plus

  • Ability to connect human needs with business growth drivers and technical feasibility

  • Energy to learn new topics fast and drive to deliver projects

  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English and willingness to travel
