Requirements
  • You have a great interest in the areas of sales / account management and have even been able to gain initial experience in these areas through internships
  • You are currently studying management, business administration or a comparable course of study, or have already successfully completed your studies.
  • You are a team player and bring our customers safely through the label jungle with your hands-on mentality and your organizational skills
  • Your strong communication skills help you to quickly recognize the individual needs of your customers and to find a custom-fit solution together with them.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and your knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot is a bonus.
  • You are fluent in German and English (C1 level)
  • You ideally have 6 months time for your internship
Your tasks
  • You support the existing account management team in developing new key accounts
  • You independently present our product and service portfolio to potential customers and thus continuously develop your skills in the area of account management
  • You help to improve our existing customer processes and thus ensure timely and successful order fulfillment
  • With your cost-benefit and demand analyses, you will ensure that we understand existing and potential customers even better on a strategic level and can grow together with them.
  • You also prepare market, competition and company analyses so that we can jointly expand our product and service portfolio and the resulting sales strategy
