FLOCERT is currently looking for an

Italian speaking Certification Analyst Europe (m/f/div)
  • Job Share: Full-time (38,5 hrs. p.w.)
  • Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
  • Salary & benefits package: depend upon qualifications and experience
  • Start date: as soon as possible
FLOCERT is looking for a business-oriented person who is willing to coordinate and to administer the Fairtrade certification and audits of companies in assigned countries. The ability to deal with high profile traders and the availability to travel to assigned countries to perform Fairtrade audits is required. Part of the role is to ensure centralised and efficient audit planning for Europe. The attention to detail, willingness to learn and teamwork spirit are essential assets on this position. The person will be part of a multicultural team which is responsible for the certification of Fairtrade customers in Europe.

Aufgaben
  • Act as account manager for assigned customers
  • Perform evaluations of audit reports against Fairtrade Trade Standards
  • Perform Fairtrade audits of customers in assigned countries
  • Communicate actively with applicants and certified customers and assist them with all necessary information including trade certification related questions
  • Instruct customers on FLO Fairtrade requirements
  • Participate in projects as team member
  • Assist in the selection, evaluation and training of Auditors
  • Assist in constant improvement of certification processes
Profil
  • University education (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in the fields of Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science etc.
  • At least 2 years of related professional work experience in an office and customer orientated environment
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong dedication towards customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Work experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Great team player with positive and pro-active attitude
  • Dedicated working style with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitasking focused on detail and delivery
  • Fluency in any other language (e.g. German, French, Spanish) is an asset
  • Very good command of MS Office
