  • Recording, analysis, classification and processing of fault reports in the hardware and software area as well as support of internal employees.
  • Responsible for IT security in the company and ensure a stable IT infrastructure.
  • Administration and process-based further development of the ERP system and digital processes.
  • Procurement and implementation of hardware and software
  • Coordination of external service providers; interface between employees and management as well as development of decision-making bases
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and mobile device management advantageous
Your profile
  • Ideally, you have professional training/studies in the IT field, alternatively you could already gain experience in the IT environment or in system administration as a career changer
  • good knowledge in the field of network and system administration and support.
