The Operations central function is responsible for the global production network at Vitesco Technologies and thus for all production sites. Our mission at Operations HR is to contribute to the achievement of our operational and strategic goals with coordinated activities and solutions. We provide and ensure standardized HR processes and tools within the global plant network, drive leadership development programs for all Operations employees worldwide and initiate operational and strategic HR projects within the organization.

Your Mission
  • Supporting the organization of the yearly talent management cycle
  • Supporting the strategic project of digitalization of HR processes in the production environment
  • Supporting the area of feedback landscape
  • Supporting the area of international mobility
  • Independent collaboration in further strategic projects as well as operational activities of the HR Business Partners
Your Talents
  • Studies in the field of business administration, economics, psychology, educational science, social science or a comparable field of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good English skills written and spoken, another language is a plus
  • A quick comprehension, self-reliant working ability, communication skills and team spirit
