Job Purpose/Role This internship is focused on building a digital customer care landscape for direct-to-customer interactions.
Multiple goals can be achieved, e.g. supporting a value-driven customer insights framework, conceptual support to create digital customer interactions, or concepts for personalization of the direct-to-customer transformation of Audi.
The role involves cross-functional work with IT, digitalization, direct-to-customer interactions and marketing psychology. You will get insights into project and requirements management within a multi-national company.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience You are creative and will manage or help us manage a prototype that demonstrates the future direct-to-customer interaction of Audi with the latest technology (tech support can be provided).
Duties include supporting or managing a part of a direct-to-customer project (e.g., NLP for customer request solutions, a customer care concept, AI for a direct-to-customer interaction prototype).
You will e. g. identify correlations of customer segments, demands and habitats to enable personalization through multiple connections, provide support for various projects to identify the demand for customer insights, consult on points that add value, and find synergies between various data sources and aspects such as customer interaction, psychology, or digital systems.
You have a strong interest in digital transformation and customer insights, are familiar with e. g. IT, digitalization, project management, psychology, or product management and processes. Location: Ingolstadt, Berlin or remote
