What You Will Accomplish Together With UsThe project focuses on development and improvement of platforms for Viral based therapeutics used in gene therapy. The project includes the following methods:
  • Cell culturing of suspension cells
  • Transfection and cell culture technologies for the generation of stable production cell lines
  • Small-scale bioprocesses in fed-batch format
  • State-of-the-art genome editing tools (CRISPR/Cas)
  • Viral titration analytics (ddPCR, ELISA)
What Will Convince Us
  • Course of Master study in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar disciplines
  • Basic experience in lab work (suspension cell culture is of advantage)
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently
