Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Junior Industrialization Manager to support our product development process from a producibility perspective by taking functionality, cost efficiency, ergonomics and safety into consideration. This starts from first theoretical approaches to design the product, specification of the necessary requirements, process verification, implementation as well as the successful transfer and ramp up in our global production network.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for structured planning, coordination of activities, implementation and realization of new products in the context of a product development process with focus to producibility
  • Conception of industrialization implementation proposals in early design phases
  • Development, documentation and monitoring of the respective work tasks, contents and results
  • Guiding analytical tasks for failure detection and definition of production requirements
  • Responsible for successful product, process and technology transfers to our global production network
  • Regular exchange of information between supervisors, interface departments and management
  • Coordination and planning of resources based on the work packages including budget responsibility


Key Qualifications:

  • Completed technical or business studies (e.g. industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering)
  • Experience in the industrial environment is a benefit
  • Experience in technical project management is a benefit
  • English fluently
  • Very good process analytical skills (e.g. FMEA, DFM, REFA, Lean)
  • Consistent striving for improvement and high level of identification with product’s business success
  • Good communication skills combined with hands-on mentality
