Our client is currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with experience in a business facing advisory role to join our Central Europe & Eurasia HR team.

In this role, the successful candidate will act as strategic advisor, providing counsel and solutions in the following areas.

Aufgaben

What we are looking for:
  • You are a key driver in change, performance, compensation, talent and succession management initiatives
  • You analyze changes in the employment structures of your area of responsibility
  • You advise your department on legal, labour as well as company regulations and implement these accordingly, taking into account the various stakeholders
  • You are a coach for our line managers and partners and build sustainable relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
  • You advise around HR best practices when it comes to Organisational Development and changes
  • You support our Global and Regional L&D team to introduce training initiatives and a BU people development agenda
  • You provide a holistic support and advice for managers on the review and talent development process and support for performance management
  • You identify development areas of employees together with the managers and ensure an initiation incl. support of corresponding measures
  • You develop and manage our total compensation strategy
  • You support the business with engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives
  • You mentor junior members of the HR team
  • You are a transformer and engage in our Team to develop a people agenda what reflects the organizational priorities
Qualifikation

What we expect:
  • You have gained the above HR generalist experience within a professional and commercial organisation, ideally partner organisation
  • You have a broad HR experience (5-7 years) as HR BP/Generalist with strong background in Learning and Development or an environment with focus on a competitive comp&ben strategy
  • You show strong coordination and implementation skills as well as skills in relationship and stakeholder management
  • You are able to establish sustainable relationships and networks and act with empathy
  • You are hands-and offer pragmatic solutions and creative ideas
  • You are an independent and self-reliant personality
  • You have a strong communication and a good command of written and spoken English
  • You have experience in mentoring and supporting managers or staff in achieving great performance
  • You demonstrate strong listening, communication, organisational and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility
  • Be a catalyst for change, using influence and judgement to drive business performance and results
  • Enjoy using good data quality to analyse, report and convince others for your agenda
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and a ‚can do‘ attitude is a key driver of your success
