With our Core-Brand JuwelKerze/JewelCandle we already inspire a faithful fan base of almost 10 years in over eight european countries who love the fragrance and the valuable surprises in jewelry within our candles. With our second Brand OZOÍ we fulfill fastidious customer requests for sustainable, vegan and exquisit fragrance experiences in a clean Home-Decor-Design.


Our products and brands are being developed within the heart of Berlin. Our headquarter is located only one stop from the central station. Currently we are around 80 colleagues with 20 different nationalitiesworking together in the departments of Customer Care, Supply-Chain, Marketing, Design, Product Development, IT, B2B and B2C Sales, People & Organisation as well as BI & Controlling. Both of our brands (and others to come) are being sold through our own Online-Shop, Marketplaces and trading Partners.Since 2018 GG Brands is part of the Gala Group with several international subsidiary companies. By its designated E-Commerce-Competence GG Brands takes over an important role for the current and future online-sales within the Group.


To strengthen our Team we are currently looking for a Head of Digital Product (f/m/x) eCommerce.


Your Job


You will oversee and improve our UX onsite experience, work on conversion rate & site usability optimization, support on all website related activities such as content management, product- & promotion launches & general UX improvements. Your experience is needed to bring our web shops to the next level. You will directly manage a team of Copywriters, Shop- & Promotion Managers.


Your Responsibilities


  • You are leading & overseeing all site content including copywriting, promotion & product launches.
  • You develop & implement data driven measures to improve our onsite customer experience & optimize conversion rates.
  • You constantly analyze our website performance & come up with a structured development of short- and long-term site A/B testing strategy.
  • You improve our landing pages to support both acquisition & retention marketing.
  • You will work alongside IT, Product Owner, Content & Brand Managers to enable great usability and user experience on our platforms.
  • You ensure the site content is up to date, on-calendar and guided by KPI-based decisions around brand content and business goals.

Your Profile


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce and online Marketing.
  • Autonomous and well-structured in your work, you consider yourself as a doer and you have a result-driven attitude.
  • 2+ year experience with responsive & mobile first websites - Shopify is a plus.
  • Relevant experience with conversion rate & usability optimization.
  • Data driven, your decisions are analytical and based on numbers.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify & CRO platforms like Hotjar etc.
  • Great experience of leading a team.
  • You are an excellent communicator with fluency in English.
